Theresa has been practicing as a registered dietitian for over 25 years helping people to achieve their health goals and improve their relationship with food. She is a certified eating disorder specialist, as well as a certified personal trainer. She is committed to helping people overcome their struggles with food. She has extensive experience in this field and believes that all individuals are worthy of recovery. Theresa provides a non-judgmental environment while promoting self-compassion and uses a Health at Every Size ® (HAES) approach.
