Sam is passionate about helping individuals heal their relationships with food and their bodies. Since 2021, she has been working in the eating disorder field, providing compassionate support grounded in evidence-based nutrition. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics and she holds a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina.
In addition to eating disorder recovery, Sam has a special interest in women's health and sports nutrition. She enjoys helping clients navigate concerns such as hormonal health, fueling for exercise and performance, and building sustainable nutrition habits that support both physical and mental well-being.
Sam is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for all bodies. She believes in the "all foods fit" approach and empowers clients with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate recovery with confidence. Her goal is to help clients foster a balanced, nourishing, and sustainable relationship with food while supporting their unique health and performance goals.
