Brene Brown
Theresa has been practicing as a registered dietitian for over 25 years helping people to achieve their health goals and improve their relationship with food. She is a certified eating disorder specialist, as well as a certified personal trainer. She is committed to helping people overcome their struggles with food. She has extensive experience in this field and believes that all individuals are worthy of recovery. Theresa provides a non-judgmental environment while promoting self-compassion. She also has experience in diabetes management, PCOS, cardiovascular health and weight management and always believes in a non-diet approach.
Vida is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping others improve their relationship with food and their bodies. Vida received her masters degree in nutrition and went on to gain experience working as a dietitian in a residential eating disorder facility. She combines her extensive knowledge base and compassionate nature to create a trusting, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients.
As someone who specializes in the treatment of disordered eating, Vida is able to help clients physically become more in tune with the needs of their bodies as well as mentally free themselves from food rules and rigid thinking patterns. She is a strong proponent of intuitive eating and will always take a non-diet approach to health and wellness. Through a holistic perspective, she is able to support clients in reaching their individual goals while also empowering them to lead more authentic and mindful lives every step of the way.
Romy has been a Registered Dietitian for 30 years and has a Master in Public Health degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has worked in clinical, long-term care, and outpatient settings as a diabetes educator. Believing in balance and moderation, she will help you to work towards your health goals within the everyday constraints of family, school, and work.
Romy is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. She also has a Certificate of Training in Pediatric and Adult Weight Management and enjoys working in the areas of diabetes/prediabetes, cardiovascular health, pediatric weight management, and sports nutrition.
Julia is a registered dietitian who specializes in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating patterns. With a background working in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of eating disorder care, she has experience helping clients with all eating disorder diagnoses. Julia’s goal is to help clients live a life free from intrusive thoughts about food, body image, and movement.
Through a non-diet, Health at Every Size ® (HAES) approach, Julia helps clients work towards Intuitive Eating and to develop trust with their bodies. She creates a compassionate and inclusive environment where clients can focus on creating a peaceful relationship with food.
Erin is a licensed Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping others develop a healthy relationship with food. Erin has experience at the residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care for the treatment of eating disorders. This allows Erin to provide a smooth transition for clients who are stepping down to the outpatient setting.
Erin puts an emphasis on meeting clients where they are and helping them navigate their way towards healing. She is Health at Every Size ® (HAES) informed and believes in a non-diet approach. Erin assists clients in viewing all foods as neutral, rather than labeling them as good or bad and she is extremely passionate about creating a positive, inclusive and safe space for her clients.
Ann has an MS in Nutrition Sciences and experience working with eating disorders at various levels of care. She currently works with adolescents in a residential treatment care facility. She helps clients overcome disordered eating patterns and restore their relationship with food through an “all foods fit”, non-diet approach.
With a background in athletics, Ann is also passionate about sports nutrition and helping athletes fuel and nourish their bodies not just for sports performance, but for life. Ann helps incorporate the principles of intuitive eating for all clients, even athletes training at a high level. Ann is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association member, and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition Member.
Sydney is a registered dietitian passionate about helping individuals learn how their diet plays a role in their overall health and wellness. Working in a clinical setting, Sydney is familiar with a variety of health conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular health, kidney disease, and gastrointestinal issues. She understands how nutrition is individualized depending on a person’s lifestyle and conditions.
Using intuitive eating principles, Sydney is also dedicated to helping individuals become the best version of themselves one lifestyle change at a time. She strives for each client to feel confident and comfortable in the process and uses a holistic lens to address all areas of health.
Jillian is a registered dietitian that has experience working with both adolescent and adult eating disorder residential patients. Jillian emphasizes building a trusting relationship with her clients and meeting them where they are in their recovery process. She is passionate about teaching the importance of nutrition with the philosophy of balance, variety and moderation to her clients and exploring their relationship with food.
Anu has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 20 years and is a Certified Wellcoach and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500). She takes a non-diet and intuitive eating approach when working with her clients and offers a safe space to explore gradual changes. Anu partners with individuals to offer gentle accountability and encouragement to cultivate mindful changes in eating and lifestyle choices. With her yoga and wellness background she offers simple mind-body practices to help manage anxiety and stress. Her goal is to help bring awareness to the mind-body-food connection in a compassionate way and encourage body acceptance through the different stages of life. Anu’s supportive attitude allows one to feel grounded on the journey of nourishment and wellness.
Anu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. She earned a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition. Additionally, she has 500-hours of yoga training over the last decade and has extensive nutrition experience. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Health Communication at George Mason University.
As a registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer, Callie is passionate about helping clients create a healthy relationship with food and exercise alike. With a background in strength training and counseling a variety of clientele (youth/collegiate athletes, general population, older adults), Callie brings a unique perspective to nutrition solutions. Whether a client is struggling with disordered eating, coping with a new/existing medical condition, or prepping for a big race, she always utilizes an individualized approach. Her goal is to provide clients with the skills and knowledge they need to intentionally fuel and move their bodies without creating rules or restrictions.
Callie strives to foster a safe space for clients to express their needs and be heard. She believes that all foods fit and guides her clients to an Intuitive Eating style with the intention of finding food freedom.
