Robyn Engman, RDN

Robyn Engman is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, where she also completed her formal culinary training. With a foundation in both culinary arts and medical nutrition therapy, she helps people improve their health using food-first strategies that are realistic, supportive, and easy to stick with.


She began her career as a supermarket dietitian at ShopRite, leading community nutrition programs and offering one-on-one guidance in the grocery aisles. She later transitioned into private counseling, helping clients manage diabetes and heart-related conditions, supporting recovery from eating disorders, and guiding those who simply want to feel better through everyday nutrition changes, including individuals curious about or committed to plant-based eating. After seeing how common food guilt and all-or-nothing thinking were, she became certified in Intuitive Eating to help people rebuild trust in themselves and feel more at ease around food.


Robyn went on to join the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, where she contributed to a clinical study focused on reversing type 2 diabetes and supported national campaigns promoting accessible plant-forward eating. Now returning to one-on-one counseling, she blends medical nutrition therapy with intuitive eating principles to help clients feel better in their bodies while still enjoying food in a way that supports their health. Her goal is to help you break free from tracking and diet trends and reconnect with common-sense eating that feels good.
